Congratulations Mr Trawford....
on winning the West Midlands Headteacher of the year for Primary Schools.
Mrs Trawford, Mr Cox, Mrs Hayward and Liam Cloves (the School Mayor) went
along to the Motor Museum in Gaydon to see him collect his award. He was
very shocked!! He now goes on to the National Final held in London in
October, where he has promised to pay for all his staff to go with him (we
hope........). The awards were presented by Ashley Blake from the BBC and
also in attendance was former Education Secretary Estelle Morris. We
managed to get a photo of Liam with her too!
Congratulations Mr Trawford from all the parents, children and staff from
Walsall Wood School!
